Anyone ever put G50 torsion tube into an 915 torsion tubed car?
Still researching options. Anyone ever replace a 915 torsion tube with a G50 torsion tube? I'm wondering if I can do the swap and after installing the later g50 tube, swap over the 915 mounting points for trading arms that are different. Any suggestions other than don't do it? Lol. The reasons are to use a longer bell housing 930 gearbox. In theory it looks like a good option and surely this has been done and documented. Tia for any links or msg me if U have done this.
