Question Would Wurth paint work for these items

I need to repaint or refinish my lug nuts. Would Wurth Semi Gloss paint work for lug nuts? Also I am thinking of using it on the rocker panel end caps. Would this be durable for these applications? Any Advice?

yes, but not for long

anodizing or powder coat is what you really want

or a Black Marks-A-Lot for low cost temporary improvement

I haven't found, and really don't think there is, ANY paint that will work really well with lug nuts. They're just under so much stress when being removed and put on, no paint can take that over and over. I have heard one secret is lining the inside of whatever tool you're using to take the lug nuts off with electrical tape (or something of similar softness) as to lessen the blow when using it on painted lug nuts.

I'm using regular Rust-o-leum satin black for my lug nuts. A soft socket works just fine to keep them painted. I figure its alright if I need to paint them once or twice a year.

I used rustoleum semi gloss black on mine several years ago....along with a soft socket to remove the lugs...has held up well....also used to refinish the centers ( i wanted a little more gloss but not too much).
