my obsession
found this site & and my car 5 yrs ago on side of road. 1st 911 I had driven. Owned 928 in my youth,never forgot it. never got the air-cooled thing until now.....love it , anyhow thought it was about time to participate. ps: does anyone have a signature s & know what the production #'s are? there r only 3 porsche 911's in my area

i appreciate the compliment, motor was already rebuilt, have had few problems, but have done a lot of preventative work, no rust

I told him she's got a gun...hahahah and she does! You get used to that sort of thing , she was in the music business, I've got lots of pics like that with different celebs, he's actually a very nice guy, they have the same fashion sense

the color is platinum metallic with matching wheels, ferry porsche signature on steering wheel, tweed interior , supposedly his first production "signature series " car, I guess I'm not going to find specific #'s on it , I can find #'s on usa targas , 1500 1975 silver anniversary, but not specific #'s on special models such as this, this is very nice car, I got lucky; was looking for 993 & found this, bought it & understand the light feel, no power steering, no power brakes, no air conditioning, thought about selling to get 993 , because of stigma on midyears but cant, its just too nice, was in a guys estate sale, bought it thinking I would have to rebuild engine (even though its been rebuilt)or 3.6 swap, but so far so good. Have put lot of wrk in brakes , shocks, fuel lines, alternator, tires , .......am glad to hear that there are other people who have my addiction in my vacinity, understand that i look like a goof with cellphone .....but only pic I had, would like to hold rallly to restaurant..... I love old porsches and want to meet others that have same affliction. ...I have Kansas people fishing on Lake Texoma all the time,if I can help out porsche pelicanite (stuck on side of road...just ask, there are no porsche mechanics for 100 miles) will post better pics tomorrow

We have a nice PCA club here in OKlahoma City. You should join us sometime. Were having an autocross on March 8th.

mark your calendar for November. Ozarks Region PCA sponsors a great little get-together called Porsche Palooza. Well attended and great time. There are usually quite a few from OK that attend.
Nice looking car. I love the Platinum color
