outside mirror
outside mirror doesn't work, can hear the motor when move adjustment switch but mirror doesn't move, I read here that it could be fixed without buying new motor but can't find the information now, it was something between mirror and motor, a plastic cog? looked @ diagram, can't find anything, guess i'll just move with hand... just would like it to work...why would the motor work and not move the mirror, which is tight
