Distributor Diffrences
Are the internals and shafts basically the same on the AL and cast iron distributors? For example 231 159 001 was made with both bodies.
Anybody have a cast iron dist for a 1968 911L (231 159 001) for sale?

You may want to try Barry Herschon. He certainly can rebuild them. I'm thoroughly impressed with what he did with my SC distributor.
I thought he had a site, but I lost the link. His number is 313 532 5350
