spark plugs for modified 2.2

After reviewing posts on the subject, I'm still unclear. Can someone recommend the best plug for:

2.2 with T crank, S pistons & cylinders, E cam, Webers

Street use only.

Mild climate.

I've ordered, but not yet installed, a set of Bosch WP5DC's. Should I put'em in or get some others?

Thanks in advance,

Rob

put them in. look at them once a week if you drive it regulary. it is better to start cold and move up to a hotter plug if needed.
with carbs, you may find they foul from idle or cold starting, move up a range. its the richness at idle that the fouls plugs.

NGK BP7ES gapped at .032". Get the car hot, run the revs up, shut it off and pull a plug - if the electrode is light gray you're good to go, you don't want to see chartreuse/light green, then they're too hot.

A lot depends on your combo of ignition timing/distributor, carb venturis/jetting, etc; my recommendation is for a "typical" engine using the parts listed - yours might not be typical (odd deck height, etc.) so always sneak up on the right plugs/fuel mixture.
