Drivers/Passanger Window held w/strap (HOW?)

No luck finding a thread describing how to set up the strap plastic window hold-up system.

Does anybody know of a thread I can be directed too. And/or have a description that will help my effort.

Thanks for any help that comes my way.

Ps. 85' Tan interior for sale...great shape.
Will post info as soon as there is time.

My car has straps like this and is in Fremont. I have polycarbonate windows. My straps are nylon.
