Re-Backdate on 73 coupe

Just bought a super nice 73 with 3.2 that was a catalog model in the late 70's.
Initially wasn't interested in the car since the body had been updated to sc look.
But when I found out the update was a kit sold by Troutman and that no metal mods had been done I couldn't resist. The chassis is like new with no rust anywhere. The front latch panel is a plastic add-on that fits over the llonghood nose. Nothing was cut or welded on the car. It all comes off with the front fenders which are steel. The rear reflector panel that is normally welded is also plastic and is attached to the bumper.

Anyway the tub has no damage due to the update kit.
I just had to round up the necessary parts from my storage and get started unbolting the update pieces.

I still need to grab a steel s bumper and some rocker moulding from inventory.
Here are some pictures of the parts and the car before stripping it down.
I'm not going to repaint the whole car since I plan to drive it this summer and do some track events and autocrosses.

I will post plenty of before pictures.
The bumpers, hood and valences are made from plastic and the bellows and trim are factory parts. It was a great kit in it's day and luckily it was totally reversible.
I found some addon lights and an aluminum decklid and license panel to lighten things up a bit.
