Rear Seat Delete.... HELP !!

Ok does anyone know WHICH RSD will fit my 84' carrera TARGA ? I get conflicting answers from everyone including some Porsche professionals.
Here are the kinds of RSD's I have seen in my travels

All of these have the two hatches in the bottom of them.

1) the 964 (?) version. This is the one with the "wings"
2) the 993 (?) version this one has the two bars on it towards the front.
3) the 993 (?) version with no bars slightly different shape. (was it just a 993 with no bars and some mods? Who knows)
4) The flat version, This kind has no bars and takes two actual glove boxes inside. (someone told me they were made by palamino and were on speedsters)

I really want to put either # 2 or #3 on my 84' carrera TARGA I don't like the 4th version at all and I am pretty sure the 1st choice is too wide for my car.

PLEASE help, Thank you very much.

Michael

as far as i know the 964 option should fit the best as the 993 is a much newer car. the 964 is the "next "gen after the sc. look around they have rsd for the 911sc the ones i have seen have the two doors and the bars ,to keep stuff form sliding off. Palimino sounds correct for the maker.

Thanks but I was told the 964 version. (the one with the "wings") will definitely not work. The wings are to wide.
As far as I know Palamino only made the ones for the 90's speedster

Are you sure ?
