VIN WP0CA2997SSxx3497

But when my local shop in El Paso, TX tried to find the engine number, they found the middle numbers hard to read.

*64S86553* was what they thought.

Porsche VIN CHECK verified the first 64S are correct and last ..553 also correct, but other two numbers don't match the CARDEX (their records).

Can anyone help me, so my good mate Lenny doesn't have to reinterpret using their borescope or inspection camera?

I saw this could be '5' for manual transmission? I am in Australia, patiently waiting for my baby to be shipped down under. SmileWavy

Can you get a picture of the numbers, it might help?
