There are dozens of threads describing these and how to use them. This one is probably the best. Although the protractors in the eBay ad linked in this thread are grossly overpriced, they are very difficult to find and very expensive in the best case. Moreover, since correlating the MFI system using the protractors is pretty complicated, the factory concluded back in 1972 that using the protractors to set correlation is not mandatory. Below is the factory publication stating this:
