Turn Signals
I had a bad socket on the original turn signal relay from previous owners improper placement and being crushed by the deck lid arm. I cut away the rubber socket one wire at a time and marked all the wires according to numbers on the relay. Now when I use the turn signal switch, both dash indicators flash as if the flashers are on, but the actual turn signals are working appropriately left and right. The flashers also work correctly, but then no dash indicators at all? What I currently have is
49a Black w/ green and white strips 49 Red w/ white stripe C Blue w/white stripe 31 Brown What did I do wrong? |

Sounds like a bad ground. Early cars are notorious for this problem. I am not sure if all years were plagued with this problem? I fixed mine today and will be making a post on this.
