You'll need to update to the Carrera tensioners...

Are the engine castings plastic or metal? They look like white metal to me.
Note the spun brass valves in the heads...

I searched on Google. Is there a Web site for "MARUSHIN"?

I do seem to remember seeing a large black model 959 model with working motor as a boy. One of those pistols on a keychain would be cool.
