My Sunroof Images. Can you tell what is going on from these?

Looks to me that your passenger side cable is bad. Could also be one of the guides. To find the sunroof repair article, go to "Tech Info" tab on the Pelican home page, then go to "911 Series", then to "911 Tech Articles", then scroll down to "Misc." and you will find "Sunroof Repair.

One of the cables may have slipped.

Unzip the headliner, drop the sunroof transmission, square up the sunroof about 3-4" open. Reinstall the sunroof transmission. Then run the sunroof closed and open a couple of times to be certain it's tracking properly before zipping up.
