Thanks Si. Great documentation. Where you worried about how it would line up or is there only one way it can fit?

You should remove the front windshield and really inspect the right and left lower corners of the windshield frame these often rust as well and result in water getting into the cabin above the glove box and the gauges. Have a good look at this area.

Windscreen is now out, rust is done and car is in primer.
More pics when I get them

ok, Personally I think the 911, ANY 911 looks way to plain and tame with no tail. And i like the twist rims a lot bettter. This appears to be a fun ongoing project, good luck.

Alien in the reflection? Look at the pic in the post above - WTF. Nice work by the way.

Good to see all this work has happened very quickly. My similar restoration took absolutely ages. as the guy is a one man band who was fitting it in around other work. I hope I don't have to go there again in the forseeable future. Good luck, RG5

Hi, thanks. I appreciate all comments good or bad. I guess at the end of the day it's different strokes for different folks and wouldn't the world be a boring place if all cars/Porsches on the road looked the same.
More progress soon, watch this space!

Visited Classic Preservation over the weekend. Car is nearly finished and as you can see by these images the guys there have done an amazing job.
Car will be ready for collection at some point this week so will add pics when it's done.

Wow! Stunning job. And that's some significant reinforcement you had added to the rear.
Thanks for posting.
