Sounds good, except for the torsion bar sizes.

21/27 is a better ratio. 23 front would match better with 30 or larger in the rear. 23/31 is a good balance.

Konis are great when new, but wear out pretty quickly. The adjustability is nice, but the Bilsteins are a better long term set-up. If you change the set-up down the line, the Bils can be revavlved to match.

The Koni Sport rear shocks come with bump rubber that is too long for where you will set your ride height. Cut 21mm or so off the solid end, not the segmented end of each bump rubber.

AFAIK, Neatrix only makes rear spring plate bushings, not front a-arm bushings. The closest thing is the street-hardness poly-graphite bushings. Better yet, just get the Elephant Racing poly-bronze, and be done with it. Well worth it.

My 3.2 powered 1973.5 has 23/31 T-bars. Great combination for autocrossing, not as harsh on the street as I expected.
