That is gorgeous. These cars look so beautiful in white. Congratulations on finally finding the car you've been looking for. Enjoy it and slowly learn how to drive that tail heavy sports car properly. ;) Remember..."slow in, fast out!"

That is one heck of a color combo, and your interior is awesome!

She is a real beauty!

Not sure how long it took for you to find your first 911 but I'm sure you are grinning ear to ear right about now. Great car and colour combo.

Congrats!

Welcome to Pelican.

Very nice 911 as well.

I think white is my second favorite color for a 911 next to Pacific Blue, of course.;)

I appreciate all the congratulations and well wishes; been around here long enough to know there are plenty of sweeter cars out there :) Thanks all the same.

"Slow in fast out", "get all your braking done in the straights", "dont hit any weeds" -- duly noted.

If the paint is original you can work it back to life. Most forgiving color I know of.

Mostly original and where it is the paint's held up well. Problems is scratches, flaking along the rain gutters and a pretty big chip on the rear fender. Will post about that soon in the bodywork forum.

Don't have the car home right now -- this is the best I can do, helpful?

I'm surprised you guys like the blue interior. I was thinking of eventually going black, even brown -- it's growing on me though.

p.s. Pacific Blue's nice but it's got nothing on Iris ;)

my gutters are flaking off too. not sure why

my original chiffon white looks very good,,,,, but my PO let alot of dings and dents happen to her...i presume his children's bicycles, in some cases, perhaps a hammer :eek: :(:(

i try to enjoy the drive and remind myself that when i am inside the car, i cant see the dings :D
