This should be easily found from salvage/recycle. The 1070 T, E & S were all the same.

The difficult part will be getting ALL the ‘right’ pieces.
If you can find a 1970 model, then it is relatively easy.

The parts are similar (identical in many cases) from ’69 model through ’89. There are also many ‘improvements’ over the years for better air flow, accommodating the A/C, differentiating L&R flow, having the automatic climate control and more. Some of these changes prevent use of a later part. Some are a desirable ‘update’. With some serious effort, you can replace the missing parts and simultaneously improve the system to later standards - if you want.

Of course, if you want absolute ‘show originality’, you need to find a ’70 salvage.

The place to start is to assess what you have and what is missing. Look at the PET exploded diagrams for 1970 and compare to your car.

Best,
Grady

Grady has given you the answer. However, if you don't wish to return to originality, you can install the very simple early rain tray found on the 66-68 cars, before the blower unit was used. I have seen several of these come up on eBay and on the parts fourm recently. You will lose the fresh air venting, however, and your car doesn't have front vent windows either so this would be something to think about, IMO.
