930 caliper rebuild BIG issues

Hello to all there,

Today I was take the decision to tear down my pair of 930 calipers to remove the corrosion buildup under the pad plates.I clean the bolts as best as I can and I apply some kroil in the threads.I also use a light heat applied by a mapp gas (30seconds) to help the bolt to loose. The first one goes very nicely the second one was tight to remove (very) do not undo and when it was out the threads in the bridge are long gone Is there a trick to learn about them ?

Thanks!

If I'm reading this right, I would imagine someone killed the threads before you go to it; might have to helicoil it?
