route forced air to the fender cooler ?

How do I route forced air directly to the fender coolers? I have taken out my fog lights in order to allow more air to my right and left front oil coolers. Does anyone have any ideas on ducting? scoops? Photos would be much appreciated.

Captainlewis suggested forming a plate that closes off the bottom between the oil cooler and the valence (where the horns live), with a bent-down scoop in front. He neglected to post pictures, though. Seems like a good idea to me.

Also if your oil cooler seal looks like mine (ie, no foam seal left to speak of), replacing it is somewhat helpful. I used foam pipe insulation from Home Depot ...

first you have to seal the bottom exits, I used some industrial a/c pipe insulation, you can get it in 10' lengths w/ diameters from ~ 3/8" to ~ 6 1/2"

I used Armastrong Arma flex 20/50, it's a very durable closed cell foam, the scraps I have left are 1 1/8" & 1 5/8" ID. use this stuff to seal the center section. I can't rmemeber which was the better fit but one of those sizes made for a nice tight seal in the middle,

for the sides you will have to fab some aluminum sheet and seal the edges w/ smaller OD foam, I also used the pipe insulation to seal around the edges of the fender mount coolers so that all the air goes through the cooling matrix. The idea is to force all the aire through the cooler w/ none bypassing or escaping out the bottom

The single valance mount B&B was a much better solution.
