1977 911s Leaking Fuel

I started my 911s up after being in storage for two years, but have a fairly severe leak that I could use some help on.

Start up procedure:
1) New Bosch Battery
2) Added 10 qrts of oil

From the beginning gas was leaking beneath the fuel cell. I plan on taking out the tank tomorrow, but wanted to pulse the board first on what might be the cause of the leak. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would tend to think your old rubber fuel lines have dried up and deteriorated. The lines nearest the tank are bhind a lot of other structures and can be a real pain to replace, though.

Papi,
Had the same issue with my '77. The fuel pump is under your tank covered by a skid plate. Remove the plate and you will see the pump. Mine was leaking from the line where it connected to the pump. The line was old and brittle. I ended up replacing the line.
