I don't recall what the "j" stands for but they are 16x6 and 16x7. 6
s for the front and 7's for the rear.

the "J" code makes up the "Rim Contour" and specifies rim contour dimensions in a single category of rims called "Code 10 to 26 on 5deg. Drop-Centre Rims" ie one of the most common passenger car rim designs

To go further on Bill's explanation.....early Fuchs were not J and tires ( when deflated) can come off the rim. Apparently "J" solves this ....safety aspect.

To add to Wil, the early fuchs did not have a safety bead on the inner and they were made to run with tubes.
