3.6 RS Spoiler

There is a Bi-wing spoiler that Performance Parts sells that looks classier than the Turbo or Carrera spoiler (my personal opinion). Has anybody bought one of these and/or installed one. I wanted to know before I buy one if they are quality parts and how hard are they to install? Does it cover the mounting holes for the 3rd brake light?

Install will be on an '86 Carrera Cabrio.
