Heated washer nozzels
i recently removed my screen washers nozzels to clear a blockage, i was surprised to note two wires connected to it, is this for heating of the nozzel?. if so how is it operated. My car is a 87 carrera.

According to my Porsche Parts & Technical Manual, they operate when the ignition is on.

They probably work off of your rear window defrost switch. i.e. When you defrost your rear window, your washers heat up to help you clear your windshield.
