Value of 87 turbo slantnose
Was down near Rusnak porsche, saw an 87 factory slantnose with 41k miles. They said they wanted 58k for it...kinda shocking. I'm guessing I'd only pay around high 30s for any late 80s turbo regarless of factory options, am I missing something on this particular model? (was a coupe)

I picture you laughing manically, ministry cranked driving that 89 930S (slant turbo cab) that I found. Looking around at factory slant noses I notice that mid 50's are pretty common. I think this was a very expensive option 20-30K ?
I sat in the 930S and it felt just like home except I was looking across the showroom at the RUF. david 89 turbo cab (with fenders) |

Hahah, yeah, you know it.
Well, that salesguy was the closest to Porsche(the company) I've been, so I took the opportunity to express my displeasure with the 996 look. And what could he do but agree, and added, "I think the 993 is the best looking 911 ever made." As a side note, I saw a youngin' driving around an old Alfa Romeo(it was restored though). It was old enough that it kinda resembled an old Datsun or something, anyone know the alfa romeo line? You know, I actually Liked that little car! It was definitely a catchy thing. Might want to check one out one of these days just for kicks. ------------------ Kurt B 1984 911 Carrera Cabriolet 75 914 1.8 |

i remember new 930 slants for $130k and even ones 2 years old or so back in the early 90s were above $100k , they only made 200 or so real ones 50k sounds about right for a real one
I think the Alfa coupe you are taking about is a GTV they looked to me sorta like a fly head with the styling they had Jeff 78SC |
