update and question on dash removal

Well I pulled the /heating ventilation guts in the front and I think it was good advice. I was easily able to detach the center vent, 4 nuts on the right, one on the left and 2 attached to the top behind the guages. I just want to make sure that all the nuts are removed before it goes to the glass shop. The plugs can come out when the windshield is removed. It all seems to be loose except for the spot where my fingers point to. Is there a clip in point there? I got the nut ( according to Waynes book) but its not as loose as the front of the rest of the dash is?? Is there something else? I see an orange fabric strap (3 in wide)with two nuts holding it on ?? Any comments or am I done? thanks Doug
