There's a guy who wrote a book with a bunch of projects for your 911. Lowering the car is one of the projects. I'm pretty sure it's called "101 projects for your Porsche 911" by Wayne Dempsey. You can buy it directly from Pelican Parts.

dumb question but how low ?
have you checked your ride height yet , take a tape and measure from the floor to the top of the wheel arch front and rear, also your tire size and post them please, a pic would not be a bad idea.

...........and go with 23/31 torsion bars. 930 brakes would also be helpful. Also think about the adjustable spring plates while you are there.....whoops forgot about the monoballs!!

you can simply add additional weight to both ends of the car until it slumps down to the desired height.
