I purchased an oil tank from a fellow member over in used parts. The PO of the tank had the tank cleaned. I was getting ready to install the tank and decided to rinse the tank out with clean oil before installing. It appears there are still dirt and metal fragments coming out of the tank. I put a quart of clean oil through the tank and it was really dirty, I put two quarts of 90% alcohol through the tank and it is still putting out hard black fragments. The last quart of alcohol I used a used a blue shop towel to strain the particles. I attached a link to a picture so you can get a better of what I am seeing.

That can't be normal. I would have it professionally cleaned before I hooked it up to me engine.
