964 part #'s on a 3.2?

We had to do an engine drop on my buddy's Carrera today to remedy a broken clutch. While I was disconecting everything , I noticed that the cam carriers had 964 part #'s on them. I do not remember seeing this on a 3.2 before. I have 2 3.2's, and I am pretty sure they both have 930 #'s on them .
Also, we found two small fractures on the clutch pressure plate diagphram . I dont believe I have ever seen a 911 clutch fail this way , any of you??. The clutch was not slipping, just would not fully release.
