No Juice From Alternator To Battery?
I have discovered that I have no power from my alternator (67 911) to the battery. For several months now I have been pulling out wires and more wires from a purchased 67. The previous owner had AC/CB Radio/Amplifier/Amp Meter/Voltage meter all in one console. In my attempt to clean up the wiring I did without all the items on the console. Some where I must have cut the circuit to the battery coming from the VR or alternator that charged the battery. My question is: Can I run a direct wire from alt to the battery? Thanks

In most later 911 the B+ on the Alternator runs to the main + lug on the starter and thus connects directly to the line that come from the B+ on the battery. It's not connected directly but there are no fuses or other items in-between.
