Ipod nano video test
Just got this for the video camera, very small, nice looking.
YouTube - 1st move looking for a mount to take on road/track shots. Oh, that is the Zenith carbs on that 3.0 and the engine is dead cold no other mods except cat bypass and a dansk sport muffler. Had to compress the video, it looked stunning prior to this. And the sound quality went way down. Anyway, this is a cool little camera that takes 8 hours of video if you want to! More and better movies in the future for sure. nice shots of my thumb also.

Perhaps not the best title for a Porsche site but an interesting clip...

Can you explain more about what you got, are you taking that video w/ and ipod nano or what? I'm confused. Video quality was pretty good.
I want something I can use in my plane, looks interesting. |

Widgeon13 this is the new apple nano ipod. Now it has a video camera, it's about the size of a bandaid and the quality is great. my video sucks but you get the idea. Closeups to 4 inches, good sound. should work great in a airplane or a race car. just go to apple.com and check it out. starting at $149

Picked one up a couple weeks ago. I love it. It fits in my wallet and I don't notice it's there. Quality is very good, adjusts well for different lighting situations, good audio. Captures at 640x480 pixels. Uses Mpeg4 compression. Best of all, my newly purchased '87 911 has an audio-in spot on the radio's face, so I can plug and play music from the Nano... we took a long weekend getaway 2 weeks ago to the Adirondack's, and I used it to document the inaugural 911 road trip... 1060 miles door to door. The only nit picky design change I'd make would be to relocate the lens to the opposite side, where it's located now makes it easy to get your thumb in the way. Probably designed by a south paw.

87911jon, Did you drive through Speculator NY in the Adirondacks, I'm about 10 miles from there. Some great driving roads, just have to watch out for the critters.
