Since Laguna Seca is one of my favorites and Porsche is the featured marque, a few of us booked flights, rooms etc. to go to Monterey.

I know it is pretty early but is anyone else making the trip from Colorado? We are flying out Thursday night (Frontier...6 pm) and home Sunday...late. We are staying in Salinas at http://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/snsri-residence-inn-salinas-monterey/

Craig, that is our local RMR Club Race/Super DE weekend, and the first one at High Plains Raceway. You can not be trolling to pull Colorado Porschephiles off to, heavens sake CA when this superlative event is happening locally. Shame on you dude! .... Just kidding.

Ok....looks like we are up to 5. Myself, Rich, Steve, John (WY) and Dave !

Hotels are filling fast, a buddy tried to get a room at the Residence where we are staying and it is full. Dave got a room last night at the Courtyard right next door so if anyone is thinking about it........do it fast.

Dave also pointed out that the Pebble Beach event is that Sunday so we may have to start our day there and the go over to Laguna for the afternoon.

Thanks for the photos. It looks like it was fun. I wanted to go but have made two trips to Monterey and the bay area in the last 6 months, so just could not swing another.
