What paint did you use and how well does it adhere?

Love the color of your car. Is it chiffon?

Hi guys. I am not so interested in soundproofing as I am in getting rid of the plush carpet for a more utilitarian look and feel. I have a 78 SC -- stock black plush carpet. I also own a Honda Element! And love the clean rubber flooring in the Element. I am thinking about deleting all the carpet and installing the same kind of rubber flooring through out the SC -- and also pulling the jump seats. Then over the rubber flooring, installing the Rennline aluminum pedal floorboards.

Do you know if anyone has done something like this?

That's how the 356's are - nice look. You could also consider the Perlon carpet kit by Appbiz (our host sells it) - that's what I'm putting in my car. Much lighter and has that RS look and feel.
