Excellent SC Shifting
After three years of upgrades and tweaks, the shifting on my 82 SC is finally perfect. Here is a list of changes (almost all purchased from our host):
Shifter Bushings and Wevo Coupler - Major tightening up of shift process Factory Short Shift Kit - Shorter throws - Had to spot weld the top and bottom pieces of the shift lever together after the epoxy bonding failed twice Wevo Motor and Transmission Mounts with the softer black inserts - Further tightening up of the shift process - subtle change but made a big difference in that the shifter always operates exactly the same each time with these mounts in place. Seine Systems Gate Shift - Got rid of the sloppy alignment between 1st/2nd and 3rd/4th. Another spot weld to attach the 1st/2nd gear clip to the shift lever. Momo Anatomico Shift Knob (tall) and leather shift cover - Feels right, looks good

No. I haven't changed anything in the transmission.
