triple square CV bolts on 88 911
Anyone know if the triple square CV bolts are 8, 10 or 12mm? Need to replace my half shafts and need to buy the removal socket. THe orig allens were replaced. Thanks, Glenn

Don't remember off hand, but do a search on "Ultimate CV Joint Replacement Thread" or something like that. You will find 20 pages on CV joints. Read Grady Clay's comments, they are wisdom. Especially the tips on how to put them back together so that they don't come loose. Pure wisdom.

Triple square? Seems odd really and makes it troublesome for everyone doing work on the car. I just bought a box of socket heads from MSC... cheap and easy.
