CIS tools to loan out

I was thinking (sorry) that since I don't have the CIS system any more, but I have a lot of the special tools/gages, that I can make a tool kit that I can "loan out" to anyone that needs it. Could be placed in a Pellican (hehehe) case and it could go from user to user around the country and the world. people can use it, add something to it, put a sticker on the case, add tools or knowledge, and pass it on to whoever requests it.
All this for no charge, only postage. Any thoughts?
