Proto-wiki for Webers?

The Pelican wiki is a little ways off, MFI has it's own incredibly well-crafted threads that guide you step by step through anything.

Are there similar threads for Webers?

I got my barn find 73 running this weekend. A bit of a mystery motor based on a 69T Sporto (still has the pump on the left cam tower), it's got Webers. For a car sitting for 10 years, it runs extremely well but noticed it runs much better with no air box and filter and decent with the air box but no filter and runs OK but definitely needs tuning with the air box and filter installed.

Any great threads that will become part of the Weber wiki when it's up?

BTW, I'm completely new to carbs.

Shaun,

T-bird has an excellent 2 or 3 posts in this thread regarding weber adjustments:
Weber rebuild

If you have to rebuild them it really isn't too tough of a job. The hardest part for me was loosening the copper nuts without destroying them.

I have an awesome book all about Webers if you'd like to borrow it I can drop it in the mail to you this afternoon.

Rich
