Post Do I Grease My Neatrix Spring Plate bushings?

Tonight I am going to install my new spring plate bushings and adjust ride height. Just wondering if I need to put any lubrucant on the new bushings?

Yes, yes, yes. I used Swepco 101 moly grease. You could also use a silicone grease like Dow Corning 111. Anything that is "waterproof" and long lasting will work fine. I coated mine very liberally. It also makes them go in much easier.

When you are putting them back on, put the inner one on the car and the outer one on the spring plate arm. Then put the arm on the car and the spring plate coverplate over it and let the 4 bolts pull it all together. This is much easier than putting the outer bushing on the cover plate and then trying to force it onto the arm.

Good Luck.
Nick.
