hello all I just purchased a 911
 
I just purchased a 1981 911 for 7,500 chassis miles high but engine and tranny rebuilt 50,000 ago new top and new weather seals interior is in ok condition tell me what you think. Did I get a good deal.

i dont think you did bad, even though they ran out of parts and had to put garden furniture parts in to finish the roof ... .:cool:

don't take it to wrong at least they still call it a 911 first in the name...

this would be a whole different conversation if it were a 914, or 944 or , well you get the point.

Hope none of them read this message board , i could make a comment about reading but I'll pass on that. there are some purdy pictures hear though... .:cool:

Thanks chassis miles is 190,000 service records I have cv,wheel bearings brakes and rotors were all changed less then 2,000 miles ago. This will be fun to learn how to work on I am used to my e30 engine and chassis but I will learn
