The shifter kit pictured is for the 69-71 901 transmissions but the kit is about the same.


You'll need the rest of the kit to go with the block you have, though. The kit comes with a new pivot "box" that compensates for raising the housing with the block.

I would try to score a factory short shifter. That or go big and get a Hargett, WEVO, or other fancy shifter.

I pieced mine together with parts from the factory and Weltmeister and I honestly don't recall what went where on it.
