Need help to fix a small problem

I have a 1969 porshe 911 targa. So I was about to get in my car and go to the shop the other day when I was getting no response from my accelerator. I jacked up the car to find that my cable has snapped at the location circled in red in the pic below, more percisely at the smaller circle. Now when I go onto pelicanparts to order that part I can't find it. Do I have to replace the entire cable? The part that is broken is where the rubber accordian piece mets the other cable bar where it first comes out under the car. Any help will be greatly appreciated so I can get my car back on the road.

The piece that you need to replace is the rubber/vulcanized threaded coonnector
