Shop need in Venice for PPI (LA)

Yeah Otto's. TRE is 1/2 hour away on a Saturday.

If it needs to be in Venice, Otto's is the best and worst place.




J/K, pretty sure it's the only place. He's over-qualified if anything to look at an air-cooled 911 and one of the most colorful and delightful characters in town, IMO.

Another thought: ask the seller where the car has been serviced. If at Otto's, you can always consider somewhere else. There are some who think that there's a slight conflict of interest when you're having a PPI done at the same place that regularly wrenches on the car. The shop is likely to have an allegiance to the previous owner, as opposed to the future one (particularly if they're from out of town). Not saying Otto's is like that, by just food for thought.

TRE over in Van Nuys is another excellent shop. Tony Callas in Torrance (?). Redline in Santa Monica.

Otto's, hands down if you are in Venice...hopefully you're not an overly "sensitive" person. John can be very "frank" if you get my drift. I enjoy talking to him myself.
