Are HID headlights available for 356 or early 911?

I wondered if they were really one off. I saw the Singer photos where they are fabing the buckets and just wondered if there was an easier cheaper solution for the look which I like.

I'm told the ebay projector units tend to melt things since they run very hot.

yeah Dan seems to be the man on lighting. I feel your (mine) pain, I too wanted to go that route (better light, cool looking, reduced power consumption) but doing it right it tough. Don't forget to add a headlight relay kit on your car whatever you do.
Also, be the first to make the hid's work! you'll make enough cash to get that lime green GT-3!
