Accelerator pedals interchangable?
Anyone know if the '74- '76 vertically grooved pedal (901-423-010-00) is interchangable with the '76-'89 rectangular grooved pedal (911-423-111-02)?

They are interchangeable. If you're using a new pedal be aware that the socket the throttle rod pops into will be very rigid.

Thanks JP, that is the problem. I couldn't get the ball on the throttle rod to pop into the socket on the pedal, so I thought they might not be the same design.
