Building a Porsche out of Flour

Here's a cake Porsche I'm building for my 2 year old. Gotta get them started while they're young!

And this is his Birthday Present!! Its a KiddiMoto balance bike... just made it here in the USA.. really cool and well built... it'll go up on my wall once he's done with it!

You don’t have to be four to have this fun.

Here is the cake for my 40th, almost 30 years ago.
I’m the photographer but in the background are Bruce & Stephanie Anderson and the late John Cleaver
– my co-participant in many Parade Rallies in his Speedster.
They all flew in from California for a ‘surprise’ party.

Here is the ‘model’ for the cake: Me at speed at Phoenix International Raceway SCCA National 1/11/81.

Truth in cakemaking: That isn't all flour. There is a bit of sugar and butter and a LOT of food color.

We did this also for my youngest son with race karts and SCCA racers.

Best,
Grady
