Does anybody know if there are places other than the hood sticker for code locations? I'm trying to find paint code.
By the way my '84 Carrera finally arrived, FIVE WEEKS in transit from San Francisco to Long Island, NY. I used AAAAdvantage, I would not reccomend them to anyone. The car arrived fine which I suppose is the bottom line, but they lied, stalled and misrepresented themselves numerous times. Three times they told me the car was to arrive and each time I was told they had "changed the date estimate". I found out that they had GPS and could track the truck only in week 5. Positive side I LOVE the car. Barrier Lew |

The paint code should be in the door sill on the driver's side. Check the front of it with the door open. As for the hidden codes, I think all they tell you is the VIN, and not the paint code. But, you can get the paint code from the VIN by getting in touch with PCNA.

The paint name should also be on a plaque on the passenger side of the car under the hood on the fender.
