Sold my dreamcar

Hi guys, even if I have the flue A (H1N1 ) I just sold my Targa 1986. I sold it for 23 000.00 cad which I think is fair for myself and the proudly new owner.
I try to convince myself that I took the right decision, but these 3.2 are good machines. On the other hand, it was sored for the 6 following months. It will give me time to find the right 3.6L.

I will try to move on something little newer, like a late 964 coupe...

In hope to be back on the board with the new beast asap...I don't post alot, I'm affraid to write with a ton of wrting mistakes, but I read at least once or twice a day...

I'm not affraid to buy a car from a Pelican even if it's 5000 miles away. It could be a real nice trip with the wife and my new baby born ( 3thd of the family )

Anyway, Great place, great support, great and helpfull guys.

One last picture earlier in spring of 2009.

Respectfully,

Jack

I feel for you Jack. Just sold my 85 coupe w LSD, sport seats, & 7&9 Fuchs two weeks ago. At times I ask myself "what have I done'. I gave it away at $14k.

Not sure what is next. The 3.2's are a value and easy and relatively inexpensive to play with and DIY.

The best.

Pretty car, Jack. It's easy to see why you had a hard time parting with it.

Keep us informed Jack...et si tu as besoin d'un coup de main pour ta 964, n'hésite pas à me contacter...Ce n'est vraiment pas un problème d'acheter aux USA...I bought my Targa in the Chigago area...and since the US $ is low down..it's time. Ho...I'm presently down with the flu (H1N1)...man, I feel like a train passed on me.
