Stupid Marelli question
What does the screw(left of hold down bolt) at the distibutor base do?

You loosen that to adjust the dist timing, then tighten when youre happy with the adjustment.

I have been loosening the hold down bolt to turn the distributor and not the screw. Maybe thats why I cant get the timing right.
