915 Help Needed

Changed fluids this evening and found a surprise when I pulled the drain plug on the 915. I have tracked the car 8 events (14 Days) since last change. I am using Swepco 201. I am assuming this is not normal on a 915 and wanted to get some advise on best course of preventative action would be.

So this would be considered normal then? I did not see any bits! To cut down on the "fuzz" I assume more frequent fluid change would be the best prevent route then.
