Removing "window rest "

I could use some help from the local pros. I need to know how to remove the rubber bumper that is mounted in the top of my 73' door opening. It is the part which the door frame rests against when closed. I am sure I am not using the correct term for the part but I think you will understand which part I speak of .

Number 1 Phillips screw driver.

Use a Number 1 Phillips screw driver.

Easy to remove... Just two Phillips head screws.

(Wish I had a pic).... But each screw is at each end of the pad.
